RepCheck is free
There is nothing to buy in RepCheck today. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no one-off unlocks and no paid tiers. We do not ask for a card, and the app contains no payment system of any kind.
So there is nothing to refund, and this page has no charges to describe. If you are ever asked to pay for RepCheck by anything claiming to be us, it is not us — please tell us.
What the free app costs you
Some features cost us money to run, so they have daily limits per account rather than a price: form analysis, food photo analysis and coach chat each have a fixed number of uses per day. Hitting a limit is not a prompt to pay — there is no way to pay. It resets.
If we introduce a paid plan
We intend to add an optional paid plan after RepCheck is released on the App Store. The free features you use today are not being taken away to make room for it. When that happens, and before anyone can be charged:
- This page will be replaced with full refund and cancellation terms, and the date at the top will change.
- The price, the billing period and what renewal costs will be shown to you on the purchase screen, before you confirm — never after.
- Purchases made through the iOS app would be handled by Apple, not by us. That means Apple takes the payment and Apple issues the refunds, through reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to refund an Apple purchase directly, and we will say so plainly rather than leaving you to find out.
- You would be able to cancel at any time, keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and not be charged again.
- Any statutory right you have to cancel or be refunded — under Thailand's consumer protection law, or the EU/UK right of withdrawal for consumers — applies on top of all of the above. Nothing we publish here can take those away, and nothing on this page is intended to.
