Who you are agreeing with
RepCheck is operated by Phuttimate Benchanakatkul, a sole trader based in Thailand, reachable at phuttimatebenchanakatkul@gmail.com. "We" and "us" below mean that person. These terms are the agreement between you and us for your use of RepCheck, on the web and in the iOS app.
Using RepCheck
RepCheck is provided as-is for personal training use. You need an account to use it, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe, and you are responsible for what you upload. You must be at least 13 to have an account, and if you are under the age of majority where you live you need a parent or guardian's permission — see the Privacy Policy.
What it costs
RepCheck is free. There is nothing to buy in the app and no payment system in it. Some AI features have daily per-account limits instead of a price. See the Refund Policy for what happens if we ever add a paid plan.
Not medical or professional advice
RepCheck's form analysis, coaching, calorie estimates and training plans are generated automatically, including by AI, and are estimates rather than professional advice. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. Training carries risk of injury. Use your own judgement, and talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition programme — especially if you have an existing condition or injury.
Accuracy
Calorie and macro estimates from photos, rep counts and form scores are approximations and will sometimes be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical or clinical decisions.
Your content
The videos, photos and logs you upload stay yours. You give us permission to process them in order to run the features you asked for — analysing a lift, estimating a meal, generating a plan. That permission is limited to running those features and ends when you delete the content or your account; we do not take a licence to publish, sell or advertise with your content. See the Privacy Policy for who that processing involves.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to upload, or that contains other people who have not agreed to it. Do not use a display name intended to harass or impersonate. Do not try to break, overload or work around the app's limits and security. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended.
Reporting other users
You can report or block an account from a leaderboard or your friends list. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. See Support if something is not covered by the in-app report.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is erased and when. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why where we are able to.
Changes to the app and to these terms
RepCheck is actively being built, so features change and some may be withdrawn. If we change these terms materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If you keep using RepCheck after that, you are accepting the new version; if you would rather not, you can delete your account.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, RepCheck is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from using the app, including from relying on its estimates or generated plans. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any of your rights as a consumer that a term cannot remove.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's consumer law, or of your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
